Our Story

Candied Glaze was inspired by love—specifically, my love for baking and my husband’s journey with food intolerances.

I’m Candice, the founder of Candied Glaze. When my husband was diagnosed with gluten and dairy intolerances, it became clear just how limited the options were when it came to desserts that were both safe and satisfying. Everything either tasted bland, fell apart, or just felt like a compromise.

 I started testing recipes at home—determined to create desserts he could enjoy without worry, and without missing out on flavour. After completing my commercial cookery and patisserie qualifications in 2022 Candied Glaze was born.

What began in our kitchen has grown into a mobile dessert business bringing gluten and dairy-free waffles and cookies to markets across Melbourne. Each product is handcrafted with care, using inclusive ingredients that don’t skimp on taste or texture. From fluffy golden waffles to chewy cookies and decadent toppings—there’s something for everyone.
